What to Wear; also the Weather / Vetements et temps

Hi Everyone,

In keeping with the laid back theme of the wedding, V and I want to emphasize that you should feel free to wear whatever you like--casual wear is great, as is formal wear. Just pick something you like and will feel comfortable in, and show up and have fun! The only small preference we have is that you do actually wear clothing.

Also, a little heads-up about the weather: during the day, it has been fairly warm in Vernon--in the low to mid-70s Fahrenheit/low to mid-20s Celsius. However, the nights have been a little chilly (50-60 F/12-17 C), so be prepared and bring light sweaters or jackets.

In addition, the northeastern US has been experiencing an inordinate amount of rain recently; it seems to have stopped, more or less, since we arrived, but it's best not to take chances--bring something to protect yourself.

Finally, if you are planning on camping, please do bring a tent, as we don't have any extras that we can offer.

Pour suivre le theme detendu du mariage, un petit rappel: portez ce que vous voulez! Le plus important est que vous soyez a l'aise, que ce soit dans des vetements formels ou non. Notre seule preference est que vous portiez quelque chose!

Dans la serie quoi mettre, nous voulions aussi vous prevenir au sujet du temps: pendant le jour, il fait assez chaud (de 20 a 25 degres) mais il fait frisquet le soir et la nuit: ca descend jusqu'a 12-17 degres. Donc amenez de quoi vous couvrir le soir! En plus, il y a eu enormement de pluie cette annee, cela s'est arrete il y a trois jours mais avant cela il avait plu pendant 6 semaines... donc mieux vaut prevoir un parapluie ou un imper au cas ou, meme s'il y aura une grande tente au cas ou il pleuve.

Dernier detail pour ce soir: nous n'avons pas de tente en rab alors si vous comptez camper, pensez a prendre des tentes!!
